Description:

Property is being used as a hot air ballon launch site. Wyndham Rentals is storing vehicles on the property. There are large piles of mulch and dirt, and it appears to the complainant that someone is running a landscaping business from the property. There are multiple other trailers/boats/machinery stored on the property, which is zoned PUD but with no final PUD plan, therefore no uses are allowed.
