Description:

OWTS Soil Treatment Area has failed and is no longer accepting effluent. SLO has contracted with Headwaters Engineering to design a new STA. Routt Sanitation is pumping the tank weekly in the mean time to prevent surfacing effluent.

Locality of Complaint:

STA is located southeast of restaurant and north of horse corral along the the bend in Larkspur Lane.
