29445 Scrub Oak Path running a large roofing company out of residential property. Roofing company is Ski Town Roofing. Property contains 3 dump trailers, skid steer, large work trailer, multiple trucks, and construction materials. Property recieves large shipments of roofing materials (shingles and metal) that block main road. Trucks and employees come and go throughout the day. Parking spill over onto neighboring properties and congestion on single lane road.
Most of the materials for the company are in the driveway and in front of the home. Dump trailers are on East side of driveway. Best time to witness the action is 8AM on a weekday. Thanks!
