Proposal is for a single-family residence with large garage in a metal building in the MRE zone district. Property is >5 acres so a secondary unit is allowed in the future (under current regulations). 50' setbacks are met, 40' height is met, no waterbody or floodplain concerns exist. Site plan does not show no-build zones from the plat, and a balloon test is needed for skylining. No approval is implied for any future proposed work or dwelling units shown on this site plan.
