Reference project PL20230034. This proposal complies with all varied dimensions, and all other zone district setbacks and height standards. Skyline and waterbody setback standards are OK, and there are no other Planning concerns. Per standard policy with variances, a Foundation Location Survey will be required prior to building vertical.
