New design for primary and secondary dwelling unit. The previously submitted and approved Onsite Wastewater Treatment System(OWTS) design for the primary residence(B-20-809) was for a two bedroom residence with a possible addition of two bedrooms. Primary residence was built with four bedrooms and the secondary dwelling (PRAU220370) unit is a proposed two bedroom. Per my conversation with the engineer at NWCC the new design incorporates both the primary and secondary dwelling unit. The original owts permit issued is no longer valid. Chamber/Trench. Soil Type 2A. Eighty-seven Quick 4(4 runs). 2,000 three compartment(primary) & 1,250 three compartment(SDU).
