Reviewer Comments:	A new 4 bedroom seasonal employee house is being added to Stagecoach State Park. Anticipated flows = 800 gpd.The OWTS planned for the home will tie into an existing 4" effluent line associated with other seasonal housing OWTS to convey effluent to an existing, soon to be expanded STA. The plan calls for a new 1250 gallon septic tank (must be two chambered with access risers at ground surface, An effluent filter is required) to be placed near the foundation of the new home. The effluent line will tie into the existing effluent line and convey the waste water to a new D-box and STA. The STA will require the addition of 96 Infiltrator Quick-4 chambers to handle the increased waste water flows. All cleanout requirements, setback distances, and possible encroachments must be meeet Reg 43. See conditions for TCO/COC/COO requirements. [Christopher Peters @ 12/12/2024 3:45 PM]
