Description
:
Huge snow machine, small house, two gas tanks and two snowmobiles on a trailer are parked appear abandoned in the right of way or next to the right of way on Routt County Road 80. Just north of the junction of CR 70 on the Yampa and 80 - also known as the California Park road. The snow machine with tracks seems to be left on the right of way of the county road. This is all an eyesore. And at least the snow equipment - giant thing - is on part of the road.

We are proposing a Grade & Fill permit in order to get started on our newly approved SUP amendment that allows us to stage from this newly purchased parcel of land. We want to get this dirt work down before winter so that when we start to build int the spring/summer of 2023, we are ready to do so. We realize this is not for the building permit (that will follow later this winter) and that we are only requesting the grade & fill to be approved right now.
