Notice: With the recent upgrade to our software, additional planning and building permit applications can now be initiated directly through the portal. Planning application types include preliminary development plan, rezoning, special use permit, vacation of right-of-way and vacation of easement applications. Final Development plan applications have been combined with the associated permit so only one permit application is required. These would include permits for new commercial structures, new commercial shell buildings, new multi-family projects, additions to commercials and private site development. Also, applications for new tenant finish, change of tenants and alterations to commercial can be submitted directly through the portal.
