Site plan has been corrected to remove lots that don't exist. It is now clear that there are two "seasonal drainages" on the property. A site visit was conducted on 8/16/2023 and photographs reviewed by staff. The westernmost drainage has been determined to not be a waterbody, and this is approvable as-proposed.
