The Heritage Park HOA is installing an entry light at the intersection of Hwy 40 and Brandon Circle. This permit is being requested to excavate, form, and pour a concrete base for the new light pole to be mounted on. We already have an electrical permit for this work. The concrete would be a 3000 psi mix.

The applicant confirmed that the light is in conformance with the outdoor lighting standards. This light will be downcast and opaquely shielded. No planning/zoning concerns exist.
