VP legacy plan review: Routt Environmental Health sysadmin - Aug 24 2020 12:03PM - Verification of new plumbing connections to existing septic required. sysadmin - Aug 26 2020 3:43PM - Existing OWTS is functional for current usage. Engineer recommends several new systems to accommodate flows from new and existing structures. Before final approval from this department can be given on building permits in the project review phase associated with the Home Ranch the completed final OWTS design submitted by an engineer. Preliminary OWTS recommendations indicate the existing OWTS has been in need of replacement for several years. New septic tanks for pre-treatment and two soil treatment areas for structures and facilities have been recommended.
