Work Description: PSCo has a natural gas pipeline with an above ground valve set (VS) located on the west side of County Road 49, 0.95 miles south of the Town of Milner. PSCo accesses this valve for safety and maintenance issues on a regular basis and wishes to have a dedicated, improved access to this site. Further, in the immediate future, PSCo will be adding Remote Cut Off Valves (RCV) and Remote Terminal Unit (RTU- electronic cabinet) to the VS. The site will be fenced and gated along CR 49.
