This Permit Record is being created to document an Antenna that was built roughly in 1982 by Routt County, this antenna was sold to Zirkel Wireless in CY2021. The County in CY2022 realized we could not locate the original construction drawings from 1982, nor a building permit for this Antenna, Routt County Facilities hired SEAD Engineering to perform a visual assessment of the Antenna to ensure it was structurally in good condition. The Report is a visual assessment that was found to be in good condition. See document attached for our Records.
