On-site Sewage Disposal System 97-86 was completed but was never connected to plumbing infrastructure. System has been inactive since instillation. A report from the engineer of record(NWCC) that verifies the system will function properly in its current state is required. A new design consistent with existing regulations may be required if system functionality cannot be determined.

A report from the engineer of record that verifies the system will function properly in its current state or is required. A new design consistent with existing regulations may be required if system functionality cannot be determined. Current On-site Sewage Disposal System 97-86 designed by North West Colorado Consultants (NWCC) and issued by Routt County was designed for a recreational/seasonal use facility to be used by approximately 12 to 15 people per day/night and an additional 20 to 30 people for day use only. The system was designed for three toilets, two urinals, two to three wash sinks with the possibility of adding a shower and a kitchen at a later date. The system is designed for a peak effluent flow of 1800 gallons per day.
