Your submittal lacks all kinds of information, we will not perform a plan review until you provide the following submittals. 1. Site Plan showing topography, driveway per fire standards, dimensions of building on site and distances to property lines from all side of the building. 2. Architectural Elevations, Section Views, dimensions on all floor plans of rooms and stairway widths, riser and tread dimensions, exterior wall section views and roof section views that show us all R-Values of insulation, then tell us how the Foundation walls or underslab is insulated or will be insulated, egress windows, we need full structural for the deck, the second floor you constructed without proper permits and all new possible interior load bearing columns that may support the second floor. The Floor plans must be the full length and width of the building, show separation wall between the barn and dwelling, or barn and garage and let us know the exact use if it is a barn or a garage, as you called it a barn in the past, and a barn requires a 1-hour wall between the barn area and the dwelling space.
