According to owner system installed by Mike Teeter in 2007. 1,000 (or 1,250) gallon septic tank would be adequate for size of unit (1bdrm). No soils test. Drainage field (reportedly 70'x45' gravel bed with perforated pipe) appears adequate to accomodate flows. Field is partially underneath driveway or parking area based on photos. The perimeter should be marked so that vehicles cannot drive or park over field.
