New Residential Dwellings shall be designed under the adopted 2021 IWUICC Code, this code is not listed on the Architectural Plans please add this to the codes used for thd design. Also this company MD Moderenurbanity Architectural Desigin Consulting states right on the business logo they are an Architectrual Design firm, because of this name they are using they must now provide us an Architectural Stamp to accept these plans. Please See the Attached DORA Regulations we follow from the State of Colorado, we can reach out to DORA for you to check to see if DORA would allow a company to carry the term "Architectural Design" without actually having a Professional Architect on Record, but we will first allow you to review and contact DORA first, then share the email response from DORA with us. It has been our long standing policy to request an Architects Stamp everytime we see the term "Architectural Design" on a business logo, as this is how DORA's handout reads. We will not allow you to remove the business logo off these plans, but rather you have to review this with DORA now.
