The Valuations you submitted are too low. The lowest valuation for this home we could accept is $610,140.00 for the Total Project Valuations. This figure is calculated at $150/sf for living area and $80/SF for the Garage Value of work to be permitted $488,122.00 Please note, for your project we used our lowest scale Low to Medium home pricing, it’s also important to know our values have not changes since July of CY2020 when they raise very slightly. We feel our values are very competitive and are numbers came from our local contractors when we changed then in CY2020 as well. Please let me know if you willing to accept the two value above we provided based on our square footage cost. If you don’t accept our valuation, we will have send you through a complete audit process at the end of your project that could take up to 1-month to complete before we issue a TCO, as all work will have to be completed both inside and outside the house, all yard work, and all other work done for all other Jurisdictions. We would require you submit every signed contract, all invoices detailing out all products installed or equipment used both inside and outside the home on the site, all paid receipts, and all labor payments made to all workers, sub contractors, and the General Contractor and their employees, or corporate bonuses earned upon completion that exceed W2 values for this project
