Building Department Conditions to be Completed: The Routt County Building Department has Approved a full Certificate of Occupancy for the Office Building on June 14th, 2024 as the Building has passed all Final Inspections. At this time the only reason we are issueing a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is because the owner has added perimeter fencing to be installed as a second phase of this permit, and we cannot close this permit out untilt he fencing work is completed. For the Purposes of the Routt County Planning Department SUP it's important to understand the Office Building is fully approved to have a Certificate of Occupancy.
