Plan Review approved, I have visited the site originally when the County Departments performed an investigation of the site for buildings that were placed on the property without permits, at that time I reviewed the building, the construction and supports of the skirt wall, and underside supports up to the metal frame, and the insignia, we discussed the need to provide an ADA ramp at that time as well. The Plans provided are approved, once the permit is issued and the ramp construction is completed we will perform framing inspections and a final building inspection.

Building Department Conditions to be Completed Resolved Building Services Prior to Issuance of CO/CC
: Building Department Conditions to be Completed: The Routt County Building Department has Approved a full Certificate of Occupancy for the Office Building on June 14th, 2024 as the Building has passed all Final Inspections. At this time the only reason we are issueing a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is because the owner has added perimeter fencing to be installed as a second phase of this permit, and we cannot close this permit out untilt he fencing work is completed. For the Purposes of the Routt County Planning Department SUP it's important to understand the Office Building is fully approved to have a Certificate of Occupancy.
