sysadmin - Jul 1 2019 2:14PM - Proposal is for an attached garage with a "man cave" above it, along with a new entryway for the main house. All new construction will meet setbacks. The man cave will not have plumbing and will not be considered a dwelling unit. The lot has a PIN file dedicated to it (which is labelled under PIN 106300002) that says it is a legal lot, despite having apparently been subdivided in 1972 outside the process. It lost a further .13 acres for the RCR 14 road widening project later.
