2022_246 Martin & Martin CD - Permit Set Heiter - Signed (Received) (Stamped)	Thanks for taking time to review the drawings. Please find attached the following items per your correction request. They are: Signed Foundation Only Form – Attached Stamped and Signed Structural – Attached The structural plans include an option for a concrete wall for the walk out basement. The only change to the reviewed plans is the reduction of the basement wall height from 10’ total to 9’. This is the plan set that was reviewed and will be the option selected for my project. No other changes mad from reviewed plan set Basement Design – Attached. The basement will be nearly the exact layout of the main level with the following change. No kitchen just a great room area, mud room location will become the mechanical room. Garage – The garage will be a prefabricated metal structure using the foundation design included in Martin and Martin. The total number that was provided to Melea included the garage structure which is a total of $19k of the total. The plan set will be completed and uploaded when I have the complete plan set
