Hello Nick, I have attached our gravity load RISA 3D output as well as the calculations for the tie rod and knife plate bolted connections. Please let us know if any further clarification is needed on that. I have also attached a revised S2.0 sheet with some modifications to detail 2/S2.0. The lateral load applied to the roof structure in the N/S direction is 800 pounds along grid A and 800 pounds along the line of the existing house based on the tributary area of the roof. On the existing house side, this lateral force is transferred into the existing structure through the 11 7/8” LVL ledger that runs the length of the existing exterior wall. The rest of the load is resisted by the 10x10 column base connections shown in detail 1/S3.0. There are (6) total 10x10 columns between grids A & B that will resist this lateral force.
