As in other Home Ranch projects, I suggest you simply share how construction of the 'Fitness Building' portion of the Lodge compared to how zoning views the use under the PUD approved as a commercial site detailing out the use of this building in a legal document such as a letter to review to declare what will be open to the public with corresponding code analysis, and what is used exclusively by the owners or private dwellings that are not open to the Public or rented out to the Public.
