RCRBD has issues with work descriptions and how building uses are regulated. As in other Home Ranch projects, I suggest you simply share how construction of the 'Fitness Building' portion of the Lodge compared to how zoning views the use under the PUD approved as a commercial site detailing out the use of this building in a legal document such as a letter to review to declare what will be open to the public with corresponding code analysis, and what is used exclusively by the owners or private dwellings that are not open to the Public or rented out to the Public.

By categorizing this building as a ‘Owner-Occupied Lodging House’ and constructing in accordance with the International Residential Code, the property owners will be able to achieve a more home-like feeling in what will be used, the vast majority of the time, as their primary residence
