TCO Approved for primary Single Family Dwelling with the following conditions being completed:
1. The two upstairs bedrooms currently do on have a code compliant egress window, the windows are on order and will be installed later this summer, at this time these bedrooms cannot be used for sleeping rooms.
2. Install smoke detectors in two upstairs bedrooms.
3. Install a continuous handrail on the stairs leading from the main level to the basement.
4. The approved plans per the Routt County Planning Department Policy show the kitchen stove being removed and the electrical outlet removed, please complete this work or seek an exception through Planning Department.
5. Complete all corrections listed out by the Routt County Electrical Inspector prior to full CO.
