Site work - grading, underground utilities. Foundation - Walk out basement Modular Building - To be shipped to NB and set on site late summer. We would like to phase the work due to labor shortage resources, and plan set completion. Currently Civil is complete and stamped, all environmental testing and design complete. Structural and foundation will be complete Monday, and approved stamped State Modular Plans will be ready in June.

MwM says driveway is good. He did inspection before modular was built. Final Fire Inspection Required. Driveway must be at least 12' feet wide and Driveways shall be surfaced to provide a reasonable level of all weather access given the site conditions (grade, soil type, drainage, etc.), but should at a minimum consist of “3-inch minus” structural gravel at a depth of four inches (4”).
